Dear sir/madam:Good Day. I want to file this claim for loosing items from my checked in baggage on my trip while traveling on Korean Air/ United air from Houston to Korea through Japan few days ago. I filled a claim with United, but they said that since Korea was my final flight on this trip I should file the claim through the Korean air. Upon my arrival to my final destination I have noticed that my bag was opened and the seal and lock were both broken and three items were missing (hot iron, hair dryer and bottle of ladies perfume) and my things were missed with and disturbed and switched around badly. Because my wife use tourist visa to go to USA. The Korean air's staff told us that my wife need to buy returning ticket to Thailand.
