I really resent the fact that no one will get back to me. I purchased a Judith Ripka watch two years ago, (with floating heart and crystals), and now I can not get the battery replaced. I took it to a watch shop and to Weisfields, and they say they can not get the back off. I have emailed the recommended repair (customerservice@ewatchfactory.com), and no one will even bother to acknowledge me. I love this watch, and I paid a decent price for it. I didn't buy it as a disposable item. PLEASE ADVISE.

I need a battery in my Judith Ripka watch that i bought on qvc. (qvc was not helpful). Where can i send the watch(at my expense), to get a new battery. Its practically brand new, its white ceramic and i only wear it in the summer. It works perfectly. But needs a battery. Watch repair is unable to remove back to replace battery. A friend has a pair of gold byzantine ear wires with single diamond in each that she bought about 20 years ago. She says she talked to you and you still have the mold, as she wants ap air of platinum ones. The look almost like Constantino ear wires. Her name is terry lera.
