Ms. Bobbie Malone On Phone To Laguardia Airport Service
This makes the third time I have tried to contact the airport about my fall on the escalator on June 16th. If I don’t hear from someone in response to this message, I am sending a letter to the New York Times. My injuries have worsened since my flight home on the 28th. Bobbie Malone

Mr. Roger Paolini On Phone To Laguardia Airport Service
I am simply mystified as to why my plane yesterday, June 19, (flight DL5936 to Buffalo)was delayed over two and one half hours We waited on the tarmac for take off and were told twice by the captain that we were being assigned different courses. Then were told we had to return to the gate to refill gasoline because we didn't have enough to get us to Buffalo We sat over an hour before we were even given fuel. We took off at 6:50 after we had boarded about 3:20. I am extremely claustrophobic and had a very difficult time waiting. We were told we could disembark, but would not be allowed back on the plane. My questions: why were we boarded on a plane that had a possibility of not having enough fuel? Why weren't we gassed up before boarding? I would gladly have spent the time in the terminal where I could have ben free to walk and have dinner. This situation seemed avoidable. I would appreciate some compensation. Thank you.

Greeting to who it may concern; After having my flight delayed several times and eventually being cancelled I was able to reschedule a flight to lay off in Chicago (original flight #174 coming from fortlauradale). Problems is my baggage never arrived and I don't know where to call to trace my belongings. Please help me find my things, I am very desperate to find them
