Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi is recognized by both Indian Nursing Council INC No.02/JUL2/2010 dated 24/7/10 and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council KNMC Order No.11571/01/NC/09 dated 28-08-09 Thiruvananthapuram. Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi was established in December 2002 under the aegis of the Rev. Fr. Mathew Muttamthotty, then Director of Lisie Medical & Educational Institutions. Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi is dedicated to providing high quality nursing education to aspiring students and excellent performance of the students of Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi bears testimony to our commitment. Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi is located in Lisie Hospital Road, Ernakulam North, Kochi. Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi offers B.Sc. Nursing Course of 4+1 duration with an annual intake of 50 students.
Three batches have successfully completed the course with 100% results and are well placed in different parts of the world. The Post Basic Diploma in Cardiothoracic nursing (1 year programme) recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and diploma offered by Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council was started in November 2009 with an annual intake of 15 students.
Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi has obtained sanction from Indian Nursing Council for M.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course, which Lisie College of Nursing-Kochi plans to start in the near future. Application for getting affiliation for the above course has been submitted to Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences (KUHAS). From 2010 onwards the B.Sc. Nursing Course will stand affiliated with Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences, Thrissur.
