Date created August 3/ follow aup August 12. Status unresolved. I have been waiting for over 25 days for your replies. I just need to buy replacement lenses for my Ray-Ban sunglasses, bought on the U. S. They gave me your contact information, but nothing has happened yet. The model I am looking for is RB 3025 aviator large metal W3234 55014. I have called to all your phone numbers, and they either do not answer ever (no answering machine either) or they kept me waiting for more than an hour. If you cannot handle customer service, what can you do?.

I have a complaint regarding you coating on my progressive lenses. I bought my glasses at Sears Metrotown, Burnaby B. C. Canada. I also bought replacement warranty. I had to have the lenses replaced twice due to scratches. I took my glasses in for a third time(had replaced less than 1yr. Ago) I was told that my warranty had expired. I have never had problems such as this time. The scratches are many and are right in front of my line of vision. Sears is telling me it is my fault. I have been very careful with the cleaning of my lenses. I use the recommended product and wipes. I have worn glasses for thirty years and have never had lenses that scratch this easily. I am afraid I will not buy your product next time as it is not long lasting, yet very pricey. Yours truly Maria Di Stefano.
