We just purchased a house and we have your outdoor lighting system. Unfortunately the previous owners did not know anything about the system so there has been no upkeep since it was purchased by the owners before them. My question is can we get someone to come out and give us a free estimate on what needs to be done. After the rain here in Los Angeles, my Malibu lights around my yard are permanently stuck on, unless the timer is set to "off". I replaced the Malibu timer with exactly the same model (200Watt Power Pack) because I thought the old timer had shorted out. But the lights are still stuck on when I have the timer set to "Timer" and "Auto". Any suggestions?
I tried to call on the Customer Service number, but I got stuck in a loop of available deals - how do I get through to one of your customer service associates?
