On 20th Feb you took £74. 85 from me as three month membership fee, ok i cancelled the rollover, but you took the money and withdrew the membership, then offered a month for £27. 95 on 22nd Feb which i was stupid enough to take up, this has now run out, so i was paying twice for same thing, and am still owed two months. I was hanging on the line to the fraud squad just now to report it, as you make yourselves near uncontactable, the only thing that stopped me was an incoming call from a partner, so i hung up the fraud line to call her back. I have been trying to cancel my account and subscription. Which is no straight forward at all. I have read all the help online, but simply cannot find in my page the my account option. Please cancel my account and automatic subscription renewal Asap.
I sent my cancellation letter to Match Affinity last week to the address given on your dating web site. Under the 14 day agreement i am due a full refund under the trading consumer act. I have not had a reply regarding my cancellation.
