I sent in pictures of bad carpeting that we received from Menard's of St. Cloud MN in October of 2018, I then got a letter from Brenda Garrett on September ten 2018 stating that a Mr. Krause would be contacting me regarding our issue with the product. Giving them time to review the pictures that i sent and to talk with the manufacture, I find myself writing this on February 6th 2019. I have not received any communication from Brenda Garrett or Mr. Krause on the matter at hand. I find this very poor customer service. Trying to get into my account have been trying to call get operator sends me to IT rings ten or more times and then hangs up, happened twice. I have my account to password and email remember. I noticed that the email has a dot at the end. When I correct the email it won't let me into account goes back to the email with dot. Blarson@tds. Net. Instead of blarson@tds. Net I have been trying to find out how to fix this for two days now and no help from anyone I call. Extremely flustrating.
Received wagon and the rails were all damaged. Everytime I call toll free number it belongs to Capitol One credit card. WTH? Lady at Capitol One gives me my local Menards store number and tells me to call them. WTH? This order has nothing to do with my local store. I have 72 hrs to report damaged item. Well who the hell do I call or email? Menards is as bad as Walmart and their online store. DO NOT ORDER FROM Menards ONLINE, THEY HAVE MAJOR ISSUES.
After calling several numbers for Menards and not getting any results I am trying this, your company has the worst service I have ever delt with including this, on 4/20 /17 I spent over 900. 00 for siding at this store Clio Mi only to have to load myself even after contacting the manager there, I plan on never returning to any of your stores again.

Hello my name is Heather and I had bought a snow blower from your facility and the box was open, but I had asked one of your workers if it was ok and she said since it was on the shelf it should be fine. Well. It was not fine one I got it home I was missing half the pieces that were in there )eye bolt, oil, owners manual, and engine manual) came in got missing pieces and I have tried to use it and the auger will not rotate Do you not inspect the product before you put it back on the shelf and sell it to someone for full price? I had bought this product a couple months ago and it has been an ordeal since I bought it one thing after another partially my fault, but still it is a piece of junk and want to know if I can either return it or what can be done if anything.

I purchased a mattres and box spring on Monday borrowed a truck and trailer to take home on Tuesday when I got there I gave receipt to associate he got my mattress and box spring put it on my trailer and I took home I then returned truck and trailer to friend came back home to unpack mattress and discovered was wrong mattress went back to store today without truck and trailer to make sure mattress I got did not match up with receipt of one I bought I feel this is not my fault because was picked off shelf and loaded by your associate therefore I felt the right one should be delivered to me and wrong one picked up by the store very disappointed customer service said they could not do that for me I have been a long time and frequent customer.
We own a rental business and have purchased supplies and remodel materials for years from Mendards. After our visit on August 29th for a pick up of building material for a siding and door remodel I for one will not shop Menards until your employees are trained to help guests. We are seniors in our sixties and had to find and load most of our products. The two young men that were there to help us were useless they were lazy, at our age we could run circles around them. Cannot reset password (I know my password it is written down), then when I go to get a new password, the question I am asked is my grandparents city which is written down as Bangor and both grandparents live in Bangor. It tells me that is incorrect also. We bought a new solid surface counter top from Menards. When we receive it the end was not finished as per our contract. Now all we get is a round around. No phone numbers to speak to real person to get someone out to finish double round over edge. We will never make another large purchase from Menards again.
On 5/26/15 I ordered $1, 000 plus blind from Menards. The products on display at Menards nor installation was the same. You can never remove the valance or clean it without ripping. I mailed a very detail letter to Menards with pictures, along with an assembly part that came infested with bugs. The assembly came from Mexico. I received a letter from Brenda Garrett, Menards guest service, she sent my complaint to Mr. Ejzak, manager of Spring Fashions aka Bali blinds. On 7/23, I called Mr. Ejzak. On 7/24 Laura called, I gave my concerns. She suggested I have an installer to check my controller due to more problems. I suggested she have someone to come out. On 7/27 Laura called, trying to get someone out. Still waiting I called Menards headquarters 17158765911. You get a recording to write them a letter or fax. They used "bait and switch" tactics. (Menards and Spring Fashion aka Bali blinds) Menards also trick you with the 11% rebate, I haven't received that either.
I went to your new Menards store on North Av in Melrose Pk. Il yesterday. I wanted to purchase two of your Clevermops that were on sale for $9. 99. Your store is not close to my home, but you had some good sales I wanted to take advantage of. When I asked one of your associates about the Clevermops she told me they were sold out the Friday morning as soon as the store opened. Cleaning people came and bought all of them. I asked if there were Rain checks, she said number I do not think this is fair that someone can come in and buy all the products. I was very disappointed that I went all that way and couldn't get what I wanted. I was there on Saturday afternoon, so it wasn't the last hours of the sale In the future, I wish you would put limits on such popular items so we all have a chance to purchase it.
I purchased a yard works wheel barrel at your store last fall. I put it together and left it sit in garage. Now i try to put air in tire and it wont hold air. Tube was split. Took it back to Menards and they gave me another tire from a box. Went home and tried to put air in it. Same thing the tube was defective. Went back to store again. They refused to give me another tire or even just a tube. So I had to purchase a tube to be able to use my wheel barrel not to mention I wasted four hours of my time. NOT HAPPY with there response. I do a lot of business with Menards thru my company. If I do not get re-reimbursed for the tube I will no longer go to Menards for myself or my business.

My complaint is this (since you allege "dedication to quality and service" you should at least be forthcoming and retract this statement. BECAUSE AT THIS TIME IT FEELS JUST LIKE AN OUTRIGHTLIE. Earlier today we spent about 125. 00 at your Princeton Rd. Bridgewater store and at check out I needed two bags of water softener salt and two bags of SAFETY SALT. BAR CODES were obtained and since we were there yesterday I priced the saftey salt. Was told I'd have two go to the back of the store, get out of a line that was upset at me for causing such a problem, that was even mine. GET THEPRODUCT AND COME BACK. 4OR five of your employees just stood there not doing a thing while I retrieved the products. VIEW your videos if you do not believe me.
