I had 90 dollars airtime on the 19/04/18, and I send ten dollar airtime to my friend first the airtime didn't go through so I resend and it went through. Later when I checked I found 60 dollars, so I called mtc I was told there was a technical error that day and they were going to send my airtime, but until today i didn't receive my airtime.

Hello,
I am a woman aged 70 and have found the MTC Shop Staff in your Swakopmund Offices (next to Food Lovers) extremely rude and kept me waiting for ages. They spoke to me as though I was a child of six years old who did not understand the numbering system and then kept me waiting unnecessarily while the gentleman who was supposed to help me did all his admin. I would suggest that you train staff who are there to assist the public and not treat them with disrespect. Especially the lady who was there. Then again I must compliment you on the Staff at the Mobile Centre in Stadtmitte - extremely helpful and polite

I hope you can help me, i have a problem that every time i want to make AEH on my number the SMS response i get is "That is invalid COS" or if want to transfer airtime for some one i get SMS response that says "you pending air time transfer" while i have more than enough credit i have this problem for three months now.
