I purchased a box of Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Nut granola bars "Almond" and I have an unwrapped bar that is only half the length it should be. This is a quality issue. I am an automotive supplier so I know all of the quality standards and was wondering how this could happen. I can send the bar back if necessary. The bar code label for lot traceability is 16000 44281. Please let me know what can be about this. I would at least like the bar replaced.

I have been purchasing your Roasted Nut Crunch Bars for a very long time. Regarding my recent purchase, the bars are so hard, I am afraid I may crack a tooth on them while chewing. They went in the trash. If this happens one more time, I will never purchase any of your products again. Thank you.

Received coupons for informing Nature Valley of peanut shells within a 48 bar
box of Nature Valley from Anne Abbott, CRR. The product was Nature Valley
Sweet and Salty. First of all, Ms. Abbott said I should maintain in my possession
the box and samples of the shells. While I received the coupons, which by
the way, do not compensate for this 48 bar box. The point being I want direct
communication which I can report to the FDA is an isolated incident and my
wife should have no future complication as a result. The F. D. A. Has been
notified. What should I do with the remaining bar?.

Hello, I was just recently eating your Biscuits with Almond Butter when right before I was about to take another bite I noticed a chunk of hard sharp plastic in the bar. Luckily I noticed or I could’ve swallowed that

I do admit though the bars are quite tasty.

Good Day,
I purchased the 24 count Nature Valley Granola Cups at BJ's in June 2017. I do not have the receipt, but can go to the store to see if they call pull all purchases. At any rate, two of the packs only had one cup in the factory sealed package. My daughter ate one and I saved the other. We ate the others not knowing that two of the packages contained only one granola cup. BJ's would not refund the purchase and said that I should contact the company. Not upset, but we do deserve to get what we have paid for; 24 pouches with a total of 48 snacks.

I understand that you were trying to make the "Oats 'n Honey" bar easier to bite. However, somehow in the process, you made it taste like sawdust. Can we go back to the old formula?.

I was eating a granola bar this morning, Nature Valley Crunchy Oats and Honey. As I bit into the granola bar, I felt a sharp prick on my tongue and removed the bar from my mouth. I then pulled what looks to be a splinter out of the granola bar. Luckily I wasn't severely hurt;, but wanted you to be aware. I will attach two pictures for your reference. Thank you.

I bought the Nature Valley Crunchy granola bars, the variety pack. It says on the box 12 bars. So one would think that it would have 12 of the packaged bars. No there were only six bars in the box. Thinking I had enough one per person )we have 12 in this meeting) and now I only have enough for half. I think the 12 bars on the front of the box is very misleading. Now I have to go back to the store to get something else for the other six people in the meeting.

I bit into two almond Sweet and Salty Nut bars this morning which each had an ID? number of 16000 44281. They each tasted very soapy, and I did not finish either of them. Two or three years ago I experienced the same soapy taste in your Sweet and Salty Nut Bars and contacted your company about them.

Please let me make it known that I was very, very disappointed in a recent product of yours. My family buys a lot of Nature Valley products…or at least has in the past and is really questioning continuing. I had the very unpleasant experience with a recent Nature Valley Peanut Almond and Dark Chocolate bar or yours. I was having a bar for a breakfast snack while driving to work. I had a few bites and then felt a piece of hair in my mouth. At first I just thought it was one of mine or something so I discarded the hair and continued to eat the bar. Next bite another piece of hair. Then I had a look down at the bar and was absolutely disgusting in what I see in the packaging. I do not know or understand how a large piece of hair like material could enter into your processing. I obviously stopped eating the bar, but I still have it as proof. Please respond as to how this can occur. Thanks…patiently awaiting your reply.

I've been along time customer of your products. The past two times that I have purchased the Nature Valley, Crunchy granola bars (Oats and Honey) from Costco the bars have been broken and crumbled into small pieces. I'm a outdoorsman and like the bars while I'm on the move. Just wanted to bring to attention.

Hi,
I usually do not report complaints. Since I love love the Fruit and Nuts bars I have to submit a complaint. Last week I purchase a box of Fruit and Nuts bars from BJ's wholesale club. I purchased a box of Nature Valley crunchy granola bars, trio variety pack on January 09, 2016 at BJ's Wholesale Club. Upon eating the first granola bar, peanut butter; a splinter (piece of small wood) stuck me on the roof of my mouth. One question. Why is wood in a granola bar?

How can this be resolved? Is this normal practice? Could this have happened during packaging; wood embedded in the food? What other things have I eaten in the past that may have been overlooked?.

Could you please explain why I suddenly cannot buy Nature Valley Granola Thins in peanut butter only flavor? I cannot eat chocolate, so the combination of peanut butter and chocolate does not work for me. Also, I do not care for the soft bars. I have been eating the peanut butter thins every morning for years, and suddenly they are unavailable at any store that I try in RI. I certainly hope that you have not stopped providing them Sincerely, Judy Stickney pbstick@prodigy. Net.

I have been purchasing between five and ten boxes of Nature Valley Oats and Dark Chocolate granola bars since they started making them. They used to have an adequate amount of chocolate chips in them, however, they now do not seem to contain any chocolate at all. They seemed to have reduced the amount of chocolate in them since they started making them. You will have to add chocolate to these granola bars or I will stop purchasing them. After all, if I wanted granola bars without chocolate I would just by oat granola bars.

Dear Nature Valley Nut Crisp Try me free offer, I recently participated in your try it free offer and was send back my upc etc. Due to "Offer Expiration and Box Closed. " I feel like your try it free offer was a farce. I followed directions to 1. Purchase the bars prior to Aug one, 2. Include receipt, upc, and completed form, 3. Have posted prior to Aug 15, and received by Nature Valley prior to Aug 31. All directions were followed and I was sent return to sender my completed form upc, etc. Your company did not follow its own directions it sent out regarding timeline etc. For the rebate. This is false advertising. Please right this wrong. I know it's only $5, but that is the only reason I actually bought your new product. Thank you.
