Hi i have submiited my query on my eEveryday Savings account 421-54569-3, as i received a phone call from POSB on two Sep saying that this saving account's user name is not my posonal one. I have been trying to call up POSB customer service line however fail to go thru' to the end as nobody answer the call at the end. So will you please contact me? I am all the while working in overseas otherwise i will be going to any of the POSB/DBS branch. I have submitted my request a few days ago, but nobody bothers. Thank you

Hi I have written to POSB to apply for the monthly deduction from my POSB saving account 421-54569-3 (Account Name: Yang Qi , I/C S2642433Z) instead from the Morgage Loan account 01-145266-0//1 that currently used. However, i have just received a phone call from POSB custermor service centre saying that the saving account 421-54569-3 is not under my name hence the application is not successful. PLs confirm again. It should not be real. Thanks

At present, the monthly installment of my HDB Flat is transferred from my CFP account to the POSB Mortgage Loan account 01-145266-0/1 and then deducted. But the money in my CPF ordinary account is running out. So I have to claim a deduction from my POSB Account 421-54569-3 on monthly basis. Mean while i am working in PR China hence the better please let me have your email address for the ease on connection or verification. Thanks.
