My Landline number is 051-5174243. I have been making complaints that whenever electricity in our area goes off. After two hrs or so, our telephones also go dead. With the result we are totally cut off from outside. Today I noticed that my mobile number 0321-8515499 was also not putting me through to any one when our Telephone was dead.computer internet also go off. The last time I made the same complaint number 21 on your no 1218 about three to four days back, but without any positive result. According to me, the back up btys for our telephone fixed on a road box is faulty. Whatever the fault, I thought it appropriate to approach you for suitable remedial measures otherwise one has to look for other options especially so when no one responds to our complaints.

It is intimated that i am a student of a university. I am also doing a job in Ali Trust School Okara. It is my humble request to you that please your staff is so efficient because my internet connection is cuted off from March 2018 and my bill of May 2018 is amounting above then 10000 rupees. The bills of all months i cant received yet. Please tell me how i can pay me bill. Ok thanks

My home telephone Ptcl number is not working since last four days
Despite complaints it’s still not functioning. This keeps on happening often. The DB is outside my home and it is in a really dipilitated condition
Now I have become desperate and resorting to nayatel phone connection
No wonder Ptcl is going down day by day
