PAID ON DECEMBER 11, 2017. TRACKING KEEPS SAYING CLEARED IMPORT CUSTOMS SINCE JANURARY one, 2018. I FIRST TRIED TO GET A REFUND FROM Parcel Monkey four HOURS AFTER PAYING FOR SHIPMENT BECAUSE YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR "INSURANCE" IN CASE THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SHIPPING. IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO LOG ON EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED. I SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO YOUR COMPANY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I HAVE RECEIVED NO HELP WHATSOEVER AND THE BOX IS SITTING IN CUSTOMS SINCE JANUARY one AND IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A ZIP CODE IN BEIJING OR ADDRESS OF WHERE THIS CUSTOMS IS LOCATED ORDER PMORZUM9, "TRACKING" PMSC26QS.

I am righting this letter to post a complaint in reference to my previous shipment with invoice/order :PMOj94H5 with date of 04/04/2018. After being delayed in German customs because of missing rite documents, finally after a few hit and misses, it was delivered by DHL Courier on 04/19/2018. Now this is the thing, in order for the Courier to leave the shipment with the recipient she had to pay an extra charge of 79, 45 euros (receipt attached) which it wasn't called for, because as you are aware, such shipment was all paid for previously (receipt also attached) through PAYPAL on 04/04/2018 for the total amount of $167. 54 paid to PARCELCONNECT@GOOGLEMAIL. COM. (copies of all referenced documents attached) with NO EXTRA CHARGES INVOLVED. Please look into this matter as soon as possible so I can get refunded for the aforementioned unnecessary charge. On Wednesday 22nd at around 7. 15pm I tried to use your service, after filling in required details I used my credit card to pay and it was declined I then tried my debit card it was also declined, worried I rang my banks 24 hour help line and after checks was told my cards are still good and its was most likely a fault with your system. By that time I had some email from you saying that a mail with a label printing attachment would follow soon, I did not come because I could my payments failed, or so I thought, I then went to another online delivery company and everything went OK with my card payment. Checked my online bank just now to find you have taken money from debit and credit card please reimburse and sort out your payment system.
