I have been purchasing Pedigree caned food for my dog "Diesel", my wife, the management, frequently opens the cans. The last two cases that we purchased the can tops will not open as designed. You have to resort to a can opener, which management does not like to use, and even a pair of pliers. This is a request that you eradicate the bad design or we will have to buy a different dog food.

No Complaint. Just want to tell you that within one phone call of making something right for a pedigree customer verses loosing a pedigree customer, pedigree associate chose to lose a customer. We are taught to say " I understand ", but when you do not follow that up with a simple solution, it is really just implying I do not care about your grievance. It's not that I want to switch dogfood because I am unhappy with the product, , but I am switching now because It was a simple fix that your associate chose to ignore. I can spend my money on other dog foods.

I spent nearly an hour waiting on phone. I never got to speak with anyone. Ridiculous. I would like to know what is going on with your dog food I have found wires sticking out of the food? I am not sure how much my dog has eaten of the bag so far and sure of what the effects may be. I would like a call back in regards to this, or maybe I should speak legal advice. 989 666 5605.
