Hello: I'm a plumbing contractor in Ma. I've a customer who has a Steam 64-008 boiler that was submerged in house water for approximately i day. I t was completely submerged. What is Peerless view toward replacing the boiler or replacing all electrical, controls, gas valve, wiring harness, to make boiler safe again if possible. The boiler was installed in 2011. If this is for Peerless Boilers issues this is my complaint. Peerless boiler installed 2009 and in November 26 2014 got an error and it stopped working, no heat or hot water. Called and had five techs from various boiler companies look at this system. None of the techs could fix problem, spent 511. 23 so far for nothing, cant get the company to return or respond to any emails. If this doesn't get resolved i will bring the company to court. I live in Ballston lake NY and its winter time. Got the point (COLD).

I have had this peerless boiler for around five to six years. Every year I have had problems, it is not heating. I paid $3000. 00 for this peerless boiler and it has never work properly. City have done some reading and it seems that it may have been installed wrong. I feel like I have been ripped off buy four season heating company and Peerless boiler.
