Just called and as I was talking to the representative she hung up on me when i was asking her about the two accounts that I was NOT aware of. I was also asking her to connect me with a supervisor when the line went dead. My name is Marlene Hankins and I have been with People PC since 2005 and have never had a problem such as this. I have your dial up service and cannot update many applications because people's shuts down my Web activity after some time is reached Many new desired applications also can not be added for the same reason This is unacceptable your service is useless to me under thous circumstancesSome of these require more than 18 hours download time. This needs to be changed or I will have to consider looking elsewhere

Some one has hacked my PeoplePC.com acct. Blocking me from signing in. I do not use an Earthlin acct. So you want a payment you had better catch this hacker not.

I cannot get into my account, as I am told my password or account is incorrect. PROBlLEM is it is NOT WRONG It is even saved and automatically come up when I log in, telling me it is incorrect. SUGGEESTION.
