Another complain ticket 11122899 again open today August 23, 2015. Why need to open another ticket for the same issue? How many ticket to be open before your customer service will attend on it? It's already six days of having service outage. Is PLDT collecting the exact monthly bill payment even there was no service provided? Please restore the service as soon as possible time.
