Hi, I bought a Prada Candy eau de parfum 80ml on the 12th of April 2019 from a Prada outlet in UK. The tester smelt amazing, but the one I bought smells like nail warnish remover (which is not right) Please can you advise what be done, I sampled this product in the store with a tester and it smelt fantastic. However the one purchased from the store smells nothing like what I expected. Thanks.

I purchased glasses with Prada frames from optical express the forge in Glasgow last week costing Approx £260. 00. The frames were expensive as they were designer. However I was really disappointed when I went to collect them that I was not given a prada case to keep them in for safe keeping. Optical express said prada did not any cases. Would it be possible for you to send me a Prada spectacle case as a gesture of goodwill this would really be appreciated

These were bought a few years ago and at the point of sale I was told - " you won't need another pair of sunglasses for the rest of your life " Unfortunately, when I took them out of their case this year I found they have developed a fault- the coating of the lens seems to be coming off ? These were purchased at a reputable shop in Bluewater Kent and are genuine so I cannot understand why the quality has failed ? Dear Prada I recently purchased a Saffiano wallet (26th September 2015), whilst on holiday in the USA. After returning to the UK I have used the wallet for the first time, the press stud closure on the wallet has broken away from the leather and the wallet will no longer close. I have saved up for two years to purchase this wallet and I am extremely upset and angry by the faulty material.
