Ms. Deborah Rochelle-williams On Phone To Psychology Today Service
I have been communicating with a Jackie Bryant regarding some of my client calls being sent by mistake to my cell number, @ which is designated for texts only. This was never acknowledged by her first of all and secondly no apology about the inconvenience of this error. I could
Lose a potential client by this. I told her I witnessed three occasions now to date when call was directly forwarded to my cell. I requested to speak with a manager as this type of resolution was not working. Now I am not getting any response. I have been using your service for many years and am truly disappointed
by this type of customer service assistance Everything works well unless there’s a problem? I greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you
D. Rochelle-Williams, LCSW.
This is a tech problem. I called the 800-number for help, they gave me a web address for therapists at Psychology Today.com. However the problem that I’m having cannot be resolved by utilizing that address. I did try. I am a therapist and I am receiving multiple Robo calls daily. It doesn’t matter how many times I block a number, more Robo calls keep popping up. Sometimes there are five to six or more a day. One right after another. This is disturbing when I am in session even when I have my ringer turned off because it continues to Interrupt. I probably need a new number that connects to my phone number. I don’t feel like that is something that I should be contending with. Please resolve this problem. Thank you.
I'm really disappointed with the communication between me and the Psychology Today website, I need anyway to communicate with someone there to ask about why I didn't receive enough phone calls or emails through my profile. Please provide me with any formation to contact someone.
Hi. Just writing to ask if it would be alright to print Dr. Carrie Barron, M. D. 's article that was in your publication about False Accusations, Scapegoats, and the Power of Words in a book I am writing on my life. I talked with Dr. Barron and she said, "Dear Larry, I am so sorry for all you have been through, It is a heartbreaking story. Best of luck with your book and healing. I am sure you can quote and reference the blog, but best to check with Psychology Today. Take care Carrie" Please let me know if it would be okay with you, thank you, Larry Mc Donald dougmack1@Yahoo.com.
Ms. Kerry Fannin On Phone To Psychology Today Service
There has been a charge on my bank account for four months now. I do not want this service any longer and want to stop this service. Please take me off and stop charging me.
I am a therapist listed with Psychology Today and spoke with Jonah to figure out my magazine subscription. He had a really bad attitude, very impatient and rude. I sure hope all of your customer service reps are not like him. He would not give me his last name, but I called on my business line today.
I have not been able to receive a Psychology Today number. It states that one cannot be provisioned. I have contacted you via email and there has been no resolution.
I am writing to complain about a mental health Danger. One of your advertisers in Psychology Today, as an licsw, has had her license removed a year ago in Minnesota by the board of Licensing social workers. She is now advertising on your Psychology Today as a licensed therapist. She has had interventions as an alcoholic and is seeing clients in her home. She is unstable and this is a danger to the public. Her name is Kathy Sampson.
Mr. Kiki Haakenstad On Phone To Psychology Today Service
I was charged 29. 95 on 12/8/2015 and. 24 also on the same day. I have not purchased anything nor was I aware via email, letter or phone call that I would be. I was invited by a friend, Jamie Heng for a "free six months". I did not sign terms or see any terms to be aware of this. I am furious and am immediately going to post on twitter. I just called the customer service line at about 4:55pm today, 1/25/2016 and conveniently nobody answered. I also had to call the regular customer service line to get the number. your tech support person (via online) named jackie has not solved my problem which is my inability to login to my user account. your website is not recognizing my email and also not recognizing the new user name and new password that jackie set up for me. also, upon his recommendation i upgraded my mac book air safari browser and i updated my google browser. there is something about your website that is not recognizing my email or anything else. please do what you can to fix this. i need to update my credit card with you and cannot do it. also i need to update information on my profile and i cannot access it. thank you, candence little .
I briefly used a free offer to be listed. Was very difficult to cancel and not be charged for it to continue. When I Google myself, I see an entry, "Dr. Maaske is no longer listed in Psychology Today. " While technically true, this is obviously designed to do two things: create a misperception, as if this was because of some problem, and two, to therefore push me to buy the service. If it is not taken down, I will explain on my web-site and blog, in detail, why I am not listed. In essence because our professions should not be reduced to the sort of unethical promises of unrealistic outcomes I was encouraged to put in my description.

Having difficulty getting my clients who are calling for appointments. My listing has my extension posted, however, the calls are going to the main number. How can this be fixed.
Ms. Dona Templeman On Phone To Psychology Today Service
I want to change my credit card billing for the directory. The 800 number above gave me another number, 646 600 5179, at which I couldn't reach a person. They said they would call back and it has been three hours. What is going on?Dona.
They purposely make it very hard to reach anyone. Are you surprised? this about yet another for-profit corporation trying to dumb-down our profession and make a profit on our hard work. Do not hold your breath, dona.
