I ordered the New Pyle St Flow modelPBMSPG130BK however Pyle has a warranty and this item is brand new, but shipper sent me a defective unit that do not operate correctly while Bluetooth is set the unit cuts off after ten minutes of playing the blue tooth cuts off and the power switch, but flashes red as the units shuts off and Pyle need to give the phone number too customer service warranty Dept so I can ship back XWQN.

First thing is first, I've called all three numbers I could find to call online and all them hung up on me. Like, not a person, but the automated system. I go through all the motions of pressing one, then two, blah blah. This must seriously be a joke. It's seriously not that hard to get a phone system set up. As to my problem, I ordered a PTAU23 although I like the product, I think it's broken. I want to get another one, but not if it doesn't work obviously. When I place a USB stick in and place the toggle to USB is it supposed to read the USB? and play the track on the USB? Perhaps i am doing something wrong. I can get the aux one, two and CD inputs to play. Like I said I like the amp, but want a USB to work. It came like that from the manufacturer. Thanks.

3 month ago I've bought a pyle amp 3000 watt and last week i push on power button and a spark came out from underneath the machine and no more sound was coming out the speaker. Now if I am right the machine is still on warranty I'm already paying to send the tuner from Québec Canada to new York is this normal if somebody that I spoke with from your customer service ask me to send other money to pay the transportation back to me in surplus well with all these expenses i should maybe buy a brand new one it's coming a little bit crazy do not You think Thank's.
