I contacted your customer service way back at the beginning of November 2017 telling them of my complaint with finish power ball tablets, giving them all details regarding the packaging, codes and batch numbers. I still have this box of tablets which stains all items in my dish washer, obviously there are quite a few tablets left in the box. Mr Bart Nobel from consumer relations offered to send me some vouchers telling me it could take up to five weeks to arrive, well I have contacted him on a number of occasions since as I have received nothing. What I find highly offensive is when people have no intension of sending these vouchers. I have asked him to send me a prepaid label so I can send the box back as they are no good to me and of course it is evidence of the poor quality
Please could you help with getting me a good service which I deserve. Thanks

I purchased a box of FINISH gelpacs that had a bright yellow "75 cent off NOW" sticker on the front. The cashier peeled it off and told me it was not valid for the 20 pac box i purchased. Why be dishonest with the sticker? I felt duped and cheated. I would have bought a larger size had i known. Now I have very negative feelings towards "FINISH" brand of products. Could someone explain to me the purpose of such marketing?

In the last year I have bought your cleaning product Preen twice and in both instances the nozzle spray doesn't work - a slow 'straight' trickle is the result. And although I am happy with the actual product, I am very disappointed with the applicator. I trust you will look into this and rectify this problem. Kind regards

I bought a container of your starch (Flussig Starke. Code four 002448 027102). I want to stiffen collars and cuffs on shirts. I cannot understand the instructions:
It says to put one capfull in the 'finishing' compartment of the washing machine. But I do not every item to be starched
For hand washing, use one capfull in ten litres of water (that is a bucketful)
In the past, I have used an aerosol container of starch, but you cannot buy it where I live. Please advise. Thanks.

Hello, I purchased a 16 capsule pack of Lemsip Max capsules. I found it very difficult to remove the capsules from the foil packaging. I am inreasonably good health and use my hands for various tasks through the day, but the foil seems too strong for the flimsy capsules and I damaged two out of eight on one card. Perhaps you could investigate this isuue. The packaging has BN 801907 EXP 1DEC20. And a further reference number PL00063/0104.

You owe me 200 dollars for some tops Ive lost. One of them was a seasonal top (for a holiday). I used your spray and wash and not only did it not get the stains out, but it made stains on the tops that were underneath the ones I sprayed. Geoffrey Morales sent me out coupons and I told him I did not want coupons and everytime I try to contact customer service I am waiting for half an hour or more. This is ridiculas. I want compensation for the tops I lost. I followed the instructions to the LETTER and not only did it NOT get the stains OUT, but it made stains where the liquid landed. It even seeped into the tops underneath the ones I sprayed and they got stained from the stain remover. This is CRAP.

Dear Sirs
I am so sorry to bother you, but we bought a pot of E45 yesterday and when we opened it found only 1/3 contents. The seal had not been broken. So are happy no one has tampered with it. And I'm pretty confident that there should be more in it?
Please could you let me know what I should do? Unfortunately the store I bought it from Sainsbury's near Twickenham is no where near where I live and was a one off shop
