I got the loan AGAINST IQAMA NO 2329485151 from Riyadh bank in 2013 Jan and repaid Successfully, the amount was almost 1, 12000. I got another loan of 91000 and was paying regularly the installments and suddenly I lost the job in December 2015, but my company send all my settlement in my account which was almost 37000 SAR. The reamining amount of my loan was almost 18000 to 20000 riyal, but during course no any riyadh bank personnel contact with me to repay my loan. I just thought that small amount remaining, may be settle down, but yesterday I got message that the bank is sending the case to Judiciary. I just contacted with asking number and they replied that your amount is 43000 SAR and you have to pay up to sunday. I was really shocked and how it is 43000 sar while I give all my settlement to bank and almost 45000 sar paid already by installments approximatly. Kindly review my case and i am ready to pay installments.

Unfortunately while I am depositing the cash to the ATM, the system showed error and ATM card has been retrieved automatically during the deposit process without any receipt. I have informed the same to the branch manager and he advised me to wait for 24HRS and if the money is not being deposit back to account you must raise the complaint to your TOLL FREE 920002470. I tried couple of times ands failed to raise the complaint. So I humbly request the bank to treat this mail as my official complaint and resolve this issue at the earliest

Ms. Nusrat Jahan On Phone To Riyad Bank Service
I took loan from Riyadh bank Jizan. I have paid all 36 installments, but again they have deducted 37 installment. When I am trying to find reason, they have no answer in the jizan branch. They told me to enquirer myself. I am shocked as I do not know how to pursue my complaint. Please find a solution and inform.

I have a problem in my account. When i go to branch they will update my account, but after 24 hours. It's not working. Still same problem i can not get my money or i can not pay my credit bill. From past four month same problem. Please help me in this problem.

Dear Sir, I have open Riyad Bank Account one week, before I get salary in this account. Only i get salary CR message also yesterday only I have collect my debit card then I have activated my online bank I get user name while Login online I did not get authentication SMS primary message my Mobile Sir kindly do needful me solve the problem thanks. My complain is I applied credit card to Riyad Bank here in makka, otaybiya branch. I complete my documents. I havve salary certificate, passport and iqama. My question is why did not accept my application.

I have completed all formalities to open a new personal account on 18-11-2014. I am waiting for an SMS from Riyad Bank with new account number and IBAN number as advised by bank officer. Till today I did not get this SMS from bank. I need to provide this information to my company to transfer my salary. My IQAMA number 2352437319. Kindly send me my account number and IBAN number.
