The vehicle has completed 41, 032 miles and has now developed a noisy gearbox over two months and which is getting louder and has been diagnosed as a probable bearing failure. I appreciate that this outside the normal warranty period, but a failure like this is not acceptable after only 41, 00 miles. Is there any way you might consider some compensation towards the bill I am now faced with?.

i sned my Rapid 2013 km 49 000 to Alexandria office nour eldine elsherif{adress merghem} now for 19 days they canot rapair my care which is in the GOOD WILL and they say tht my car need {Controle engine} which have to be export fm abroad and need two month to wait to get spare parts
i think it is not normal
pls ineterfere and ask them to repair my car and deliver to me as soon as possible as i need it top top urgent for my life and children and wife - specially during summer time
we are not use tht Skoda can keep clients without care

I found so many problem in this car and always going maintenance, always problem for gear, last time they tell me full gear box will change, car still in warranty and less than 30000 km only. It's not good for me changing gear box this is manufacture's problem and car will never become like new. I asked Skoda team in Qatar to change my car with new replacement car they asked me for money, why i should pay money for manufacture's problem

Hello, We have bought a Skoda Fabia, from Germany/2011 model. Unfortunately we had an accident and the car was taken into authorized Skoda Service from Brasov/Romania- company Delcar. We have taken the car in 23 July 2015 and after 15 days(on 14 August) the insurance company approved the repair- 4000 euro/replacing parts/working hours. Since then we had received only delays and excuses and not a clear deadline for taking our car back. Please support in this issue They are advertising Skoda name, and yet the services are really bad. Dear Sir. I have a Skoda Superbe Elegante 2010( serial number TMBAB93T2A9016688). I am the owner from the first day. two years ego, in the two front door handles (driver side and passenger side) the plastic material begin to disintegrate. In some places he as completely disappeared. I was obligated to cover the the handles with some rubber material. I have never wash the handles with some strong detergent of any kind, . Maximum with clear water, and this was long time ego. This is not suppose to happen not after three years, not after five years, and not after ten years. It is not a mechanical part working hard, My car is taking care ONLY by in authorized Skoda dealer garage. I believe that the problem is in the material used by the factory. Two months ago, I ordered a 2015 model Skoda Octavia from Kayseri, Turkey. I always contact with the authorized dealer. Twenty days ago, they said that the car is manufactured and waiting for shipping to Turkey. Today, I contacted with my dealer again and I asked when the car will be delivered. They said that the car will be delivered in the middle of March, 2015. The authorized Skoda dealer has many 2015 model Octavia. The delivery process for a manufactured car to Turkey is approximately 1. 5-2 months. I think this is a very long time period for a big cae company. I have 2012 model Skoda Octavia. I bought it from the authorized dealer in Egypt. The chassis number is tmbca41zc2149918. It did only around 2500 km, last summer i found that the instrument cluster in not function probably, when i check with the service center they inform me that it have to be changed at my cost as its fetal defect in this model.
Please get interfere in this matter as this is not acceptable at all.

I bought skoda octavia on March from skoda kuwait dealer. I noticed that right window motor had mulfunctioning in operation from button and remote in the way it is opening instead of closing and revese. I contacted dealer to to repair it free of charge since i knew that you are doing that and he refuse to do it you less if i make second service, It is indication that you are selling cars with defects and you will not repair it for free, I lost trust in this dealer. And i will never maintain my car there again my car run for km only and and service not yet done.
