I recently purchased a package of Maxwell house morning blend pods. I also purchased a package of decaffeinated. The morning blend pods are not working. Every time I try and put one in it releases all of the coffee grinds into the cup and the coffee looks really black. The decaffeinated ones work just fine. Suggestions or refund?.

I bought the Late and when I opened it there were pods that were broken and everything was all inside the packaging and then it happened to me again a week later. I have been using these pods for years now and have never had any problems, but two weeks in a row was upsetting. I have tried to attach photos, but I do not think they are downloading. This is not a complaint. I just want to know how come I cannot find any milk based products especially lattes or skinny lattes in the stores in the Calgary Alberta area. Is Tassimo not making these products any more? Where can I find them?.

I am writing to ask you why I find it so hard to buy Tassimo NABOB Latte in shops where I live in Brown's Arm, Lewisporte, NL? I have to travel a two hour round trip to Grand Falls/Windsor, NL just to buy this coffee. I have ask at the stores why they do not stock it and tell me it is not on their list. This is my favourite coffee and have tried others without milk and added milk to it, but it doesn't have the same taste. I used to have the one with the larger milk and can not get that now. I am a senior and will find it very hard to travel that far to get my coffee in the winter. Do you think you can answer my question and let me know what I can do in the future. Please help.
