I bought a SIM card in Milan at TIM store on 8/31/18 for 32. 89 EU. My number is 393669725392, to my understanding it was suppose to be unlimited calls in Italy and 10GB of data and 500 minutes for international- per sales person. However, after one day of use, the next day, there was no more data to use and unable to call international. We also unable to contact customer service due to no English speaking customer service I am very disappointed with the service and will make sure that noone else will experience the same problem with this service.

I purchased a TIM Tourist SIM in Australia for 30 euros. Voucher stated this could be picked up at any Tim store. Tried to pick up at Tim store Grandate Centro Commerciale and was told that they coulld not provide the SIM card. I left t Italy in Oct last year and returned for one week on 23 Feb on my return I found two parcels from Tim one with a new modem and one with some sky equipment.
