On the 2nd November I ordered a women's ultra light coat xl and paid extra for a dedicated delivery date which is today, 6th Nov. Last evening I received an e/mail informing me that the order was cancelled without an explanation as to the reason for doing so. I took a day off work to stay in for this order. This is appealing service as I am sure you took my money by now. I would like this coat as soon as possible.
