Having visited your store in limerick city I was left very dissapointed with the staff you have employed there, they were very rude and disrespectful, they were too busy gossiping in the corner to even notice I was there. I overheard them talking not so nicely about another girl and laughing about this. I immediately left the shop as this is something I find quiet upsetting and terrible rude
I will never set foot inside the door of debenhams again if these are the kind of girls ye employ to represent your brand.

In the end I had to leave it because she she did t no how to apply the shadow. She couldn't do eyeliner so some one else had to do it, my foundation was too pale no concealer was not used she also said that my skin was too dark to do contouring (i am olive / tanned skin). I had no blusher had to do my own lips and mascara. I looked awful I had to cancel my plans because I was late, and I had to wash off the whole face I looked like a drag queen. I had a make over in Debanhams Cardiff wales UK, on Saturday 25th October. It was a special occasion. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, my experience was not only a complete waste of precious time, but also Money. I came prepared I brought a picture a of the make up I wanted also Explained I wanted natural colors and smokey browns and cream and golds. I also stressed that I wanted to conceal my under eye and some small blemishes I wanted highlighting an contouring. Firstly the stools were so uncomfortable I had to stand I was stood waiting for long lengths of time while my make up artist was with customers. I can understand they were under staffed, but I had to be somewhere it was booked at a certain time. My make up was a mess I had dark black eyes black eyeshadow came to my eyebrows and out wards onto my temples to a point there was no blending just harsh lines, I had to keep telling the girl to do it again. In the end I had to leave it because she did not know how.
