However this apparently did not stop my member ship. For a productt that did not do what you said it woould do. Wondershare Streaming Audio Recorder will NOT Successfully record several some tracks from. I have made numerous attempts to record numerous songs from numerous albums either via Amazon Unlimited or Amazon Music application; majority of tracks record Successfully, but a significant do NOT. I have uninstalled the app and the Device Manager Sound, video and Game Controller WSAudio drivers and reinstalled both. No difference in performance

Have been largely happy with the product except for the inability to Successfully record and tag ALL ATTEMPTED TRACKS on ALL ALBUMS and ARTISTS

Then, overnight, it appeared it was set to recover 396 videos I had accidentally deleted from my phone. However, in the morning there was a video folder full of unopenable videos that are mp4, not off my phone. This is garbage. I am very frustrated that I cannot find a customer service number for the USA or even one that works. I purchased the tunes go and I thought it would place my music from my phone to my iTunes.
