Mr. A. Goad On Phone To Vango Service
Just received an email "Order cancelled" no explanation no what to do next. No surety that a refund is on its way and in fact not shown as refund on Paypal. When tried to re-submit told that there is stock available. What is going on? when I telephoned the only number available just told by automated vioce that "that order is cancelled" I know that, but what happened to my order and what are YOU (not some other organisation who I did not order through) going to do about it.

We have a Monte Verde 700 tent. On an exceedingly windy night, two plastic D rings broke at the front of our tent and also an orange rubber ring (attached to a front door) stretched, rendering it useless. Do you have any replacements for these please?
We were up until 4. 15am, frequently checking and hammering in any loose pegs and otherwise leaning against the side of the tent to stop any damage from too much billowing. Other than the above D rings and orange rubber ring, we had no damage, so overall we are very impressed with the strength of the tent. I look forward to hearing from you. Marion Ewbank .
I purchased a Vango Airbeam Edoras 400 tent two weeks ago from a retailer. When it arrived and we unpacked it the groundsheet had been patched - see photo attached. Can you confirm if it would have been despatched by your company with a patched groundsheet or has this been done by the retailer.
