Order was placed on 31st of October by my daughter in law for me with my credit card. My name is Judy Lowe . We paid extra for faster shipping to get it right away. Today is Saturday November 4th. Still no delivery. Am upset and considering just returning it for refund when and even if it ever gets here. Tried calling customer service and of course you are not opened today so now have to wait until Monday. Am beginning to think this was not a good deal. We had had the order sent to my sons home in Omaha because I was there for a few days. And because it did not arrive and should have by then, he will have to ship it on to me in Kearney NE. Not pleased with how this is turning out. Judy Lowe .

I have tried several times to speak to a representative to no avail, and at this point I am frustrated and angry. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak to someone about a legitimate concern if this is a legitimate business.
