I bought a down jacket and thought I'd love it and I would, but it's losing the down all over the place I can not even wear it because the feathers get all over my car, the house and anyplace else I go I wouldn't think this is normal. I have purchursed your coat, twice, I returned the first one because the zipper seperated, I exchanged for the same coat only to have the same problem. The zipper in your coats is awful As I returned it at the end of season last year, I can no longer exchange/return the one I have. I will never buy this brand again.

Two of my daughters bathing suits have faded terribly after only two wears and hung out to dry. These are supposed to last her all summer, but I'm afraid they will not hold up. They already look like they have been washed and worn several times when in reality they have been worn twice each. I have attached pictures to show the fading. Please let me know if I am eligible for replacement suits.

I bought a jacket a little over a year ago and the sliders are falling off both the jacket pocket zippers. Would you please send me (2) new sliders so I can get my jacket fixed?

I purchased TWO Zeroxposur swimming suits for my ten year old daughter in the last few months. The very FIRST time she wore each of them they were faded Like really bad I wouldn't expect this from a good quality swimming suit, which I thought I was getting. I could see this happening from a cheap Wal-mart swiming suit, but not a quality brand like you usually make. Please let me know if there is anything you can do regarding this matter. I purchased a tankini swim top last fall. I have only worn the top about five times and it has STRETCHED ALL OUT OF SHAPE. THE ONE STRAP HAS ALSO BROKEN ON THE INSIDE (LIKE THE ELASTIC HAS DRY ROTTED). I think i purchased it at meijer in greenwood Indiana and do not think i still have the receipt. I just purshased a jacket for my daughter a month ago which means I shouldn't be experiencing problems with it, but I have nothing, but problems with the zip I checked the zipper for teeth missing none are missing, but when it's zipped up it still split open on the bottom. I'm very disappointed with your product and will tell everyone I know.
In the past years, I have purchased three Zeroxposur coats for myself. Unfortunately, I've had problems with zippers on two of the three coats, both of which repeatedly unzip from the bottom up when wearing. Now, the little metal piece that is inserted into the other side of the zipper has completely disappeared. I am so disappointed, and not feeling at all satisfied with these purchases. What recourse do I have?

My granddaughter received a new Jacket from your company a few weeks ago. She hates it and does not want to wear it. The fit is really bad. The sleeve linings hang out about three inches, not the cuffs the lining it's self. The coat lining does not fit it is gathered on one side and it is not centered. She feels uncomfortable wearing it because it does not seem to fit right. What can be done about this she needs a coat.
I purchased a Zeroxposur swimsuit skirt and wore it on vacation in March. When I returned home I hand washed it in Woolite and put it away. When I put it on to wear on vacation last week it is like the elastic fell out of it and the skirt hangs way down, especially in the back. I was so excited with this swim skirt because it fit so nice and dried so quickly. I was very upset when I put it on and especially after getting it wet because I liked it so much. I hope you can help me out with this. Please let me know what we can do to make this right. I purchased it at a Kohl's store. I will look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time.
2 months ago I purchased a coat for my son Zeroxposure medium 10/12, the zipper broke in a matter of weeks. Kohl's has replaced the 1st coat. Here we are a month later and the zipper has broken once again. I have called Kohl's and they do not have that coat in stock, if another Kohl's has it I have to drive over there and get it. I do not feel I should have to make a special trip to any of the stores to get a 2nd coat replaced. I've never had this many problems with the Zeroxposure before. What can be done?
