I had purchased a DELL latitude 3440, serial number is ST CX5P412 on 20th Oct 2014 from Hyper X Technologies (invoice number 3216) It was a defected PC and the blue tooth was not working. in you SA or DUBAI in such problem they replace it straight away, they told me they repair it, but never replace it.
they took my lap top and told me will take ten days to repair it, after ten days I received a message on my mobile from Redington saying they repaired my lap top.
based on the written paper they replaced (the motherboard and assy cbl lvds w/cmra.n5100) I took it home, but still not working good and became very slow, so I took it back for repair, they update the bios, but still not working well and very slow. the Redington technician told to contact Dell people.

On 4th April 2013 I purchased DELL XPS 12 Ultrabook from Jacky's Electronics at their outlet in GITEX-2013. at AED. 4999/-. According to DELL Catalog the system processor is Intel Core i5 3337U, but the system sold to me is with Processor i5 3317U. On comparing I found that i5 3337U is faster than i5 3317U. On contacting the seller I am told it is a typing error in the catalog. I refused to accept that statement because I found in DELL website XPS 12 Ultrabook processor as i5 3337U. My question is how can a reseller do this? is it not cheating? How can I resolve this issue?
