The library of Adithya Institute of Technology - AIT Coimbatore has in its collection 7960 volumes of 1730 titles to cater the needs of students. The Library has subscription to 50 National and 30 International Journals of high repute. A digital library with 15 computer systems with media access and internet connectivity is also extended to faculty as well as students. The library, which is fully computerized provides OPAC , reprographic and spiral binding facilities to the students.
Adithya Institute of Technology - AIT Coimbatore has provides two separate hostel for boys and Girls with comfortable rooms, necessary furniture and toilet facilities. The hostel is supplied with RO water for all purpose. There exist separate dining halls as well. The Hostel buildings are located well within the college compound and also well secured.
The fleet of 3 buses plying in all direction to and far. The bus routes cover Sulur on the Far East, Metupalayam on the north and Vadavalli on the west Coimbatore. There is a special service on everyday at 7:30 pm to support the day scholars who wish to work on the extended hours of the day.
