I purchased a couch and loveseat in June of 2017. SPO U82 3762 three Sofa and
SPO U82 3762 one Loveseat. This week company was sitting on the loveseat and when they started to get up, the leg buckled backward causing that corner of the loveseat to sink to the floor. Without taking the fabric loose, I am unable to determine exactly the problem. It appears that the bottom piece of wood on that side of the loveseat has broken. The leg did not break through the wood. I was initially shocked which turned to disappointment. This should not have happened. The loveseat has rarely been sat upon. I went back to Burke's furniture store and they are no longer carrying your brand? I am contacting you to see how we can go about correcting this problem?.

I ordered your Veronica Collection Sectional on November 16th, 2015. Today is a little over eight weeks and just last week you pushed out delivery until Feb. 29th. Finally we were told it's due to the fabric for the sectional. How do I know this fabric is coming in or there and we will get our sectional by the end of Feb. Or will you push out delivery again. It's a shame that your production issues are affecting your name and so many people that have bought Broyhill throughout the years, myself included, will never trust your company to purchase furniture through them again, and we will also be sure to let others know of our issues. All I want to know is if the Feb. Date is a realistic date or if you have no idea when you're to get the fabric in so I can make decisions on continuing to wait for your product or just cancelling.
