Dillons Customer Service Number Delineated Here With Complaints and Reviews
I went to Dillons on Central and West in Wichita at about 5:45 pm to get fried chicken on 6-27-17. There was no chicken available and waited about ten to 15 minutes before a staff from Deli came to assit me. After talking to him a lady came from a door behind and stated very rudely "what did you say", I repeated what I had told the young man and that I would be making a complaint. I have pic of the empty bins and she reported rudely again that it would be 17 mins. I left, went to west and 13th, all food bins full and young lady met me smiling. At this time of the day the staff should be available and food available. Not sure why the store on west and central is not run better, I wont return and will warn people about it.

School people sacking customer groceries how to do it as if the items were theirs'
Half of people sacking in grocery stores, including this local Dillons have no comprehension the groceries are being paid for, and owned, by the customer they are processing. Some even try to hand sacks to the customer whom is putting the checkbook or debit card away, or PUTTING THE pin number still. Groceries need to be handled on the end of the counter as it is built to do. I am saying the sackers are just wanting to move on to the next customer, but they need to finish the one they are on first.

I have read on line and seen on television that Dillons will no longer accept my VISA Credit Card. Is this true? What about using my Intrust VISA Debit Card? Converting my shopping experiences to cash-only transactions would be a major inconvenience. Also: I have tried to call my favorite Dillons, 34, and the phone just rang and rang. Getting through on the telephone to your Customer Service also proved unsatisfactory. I am rationed to a limited number of outgoing calls on my landline for each month. Thank you for your help. I hope to hear from you soon.
