Hi
I am writing to complain about my Dior Black framed Glasses that I bought in Vision Express in May 2015, I was having problems with these glasses in December 2015 as they had stretched way out of shape even though I only wear these for reading/computer use only, I then took them back to Vision express and they tightened the arms on them suffice to say less than four weeks later the arm snapped on them. I took them back to Vision express and they told me that they would be sent back to Dior to see if I had damaged them even though they were the ones who tightened them, they are now trying to say that they were not sent back to you and are refusing to repair them or provide with a new frame unless I pay again considering I only paid £369 seven months before this is an outrage and not what I would expect from either of the brands involved and I am not willing for this to happen, could you please advice on your co-operation to settle this as I do not think this is acceptable.

I am a regular customer at debenhams ilford and have found the service on the dior counter in debenhams absolutely non existent or disgusting. I have thus moved my make up brand to another counter because of it. I was avid user of the lipsticks airplane which I used to recommend to others, but even they have gone to their own brands due to poor service. Weekdays there is never anyone in after 430 and on Saturdays I find the young lady who works on it abrupt non interested and lazy. She is always sitting on her chair and I have had to approach her in the past or she is always talking to girls at other counters. I have stopped trying to talk to her as I find the customer service disgusting. Surely the purpose is to be there to serve the customers not discuss your own social lives. I have even heard her bad mouthing other colleague and find that very you professional.

On 03/6/15 I bought a foundation in House of Fraser, King William Street, London. The assistant used a scanner on my skin. It was hard to see in the store and it was rushed as the store was closing. The next day, it was obvious that the colour was wrong. I returned to the store the next day and was told rudely by the same assistant that it was my fault as I had agreed to buy it and she could not exchange it. I am wondering whether she actually gave me the correct foundation as it is so wrong. I give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I would have liked the sales assistant to be more sympathetic, not be rude and defensive. On your website other customers have taken back products that have been exchanged if they are not right. I put my trust in your sales assistant, hoping her expertise would guide me into buying the right shade of foundation and on this occasion she failed miserably. I would be grateful if you would consider exchanging my product. Regards.

For over five years I have been using Dior nude foundation and I absolutely love it. I originally came across it by buying a magazine with a free sample of it. On average I purchase 4-5 a year as I only use a little each application. I went into manchester city center into selfridges and asked at the dior counter if I could try a sample of the Dior nude in a darker shade. This was because of he warmer months are coming i thought I would go a shade darker. I was told by the sales rep that they do not give samples away only you can try it whilst in the store. This was no good to me as I wanted to be in my own home and mirror , etc to be able to make a proper decision before I bought the item. I came away feeling as if I had asked for the world and did feel a little deflated. Again the only reason I began to buy this product was due to being able to try a sample before buying.

I have always used Dior Style Liner eyeliner. When I ran out I couldn't get any so I was told the Dior Addict It-Line eyeliner was its replacement. It is absolutely dreadful worst liquid eyeliner I have ever had. Is really sticky and stays sticky and just sticks to your upper lid. So disappointed with this product. What a complete waste of my money.

These were given to me as a gift, upon opening them I found one to have only a fraction of the lip balm it should contain. As this is sold as a luxury item and is not a "cheap" product to purchase I think it is unacceptable that it got past your quality control As you can see from the two photos neither have been used. I would therefor like you to send me a replacement for the coral lip balm that was sold short. Thanking you in anticipation of a speedy resolve to this complaint. Regards, Susan Shayler.

I bought my dior panarea two years back from london. Last month i noticed the bag chipping off two weeks back i took to the show room. I was told by the manager rohini that they will send pictures to the paris office and get back to me with a solution. My complaint is very simple. I did not receive a call back from rohini yet. When i called the show room the lady there told me nothing can be done and there were no images sent to paris at all. I am extremely disappointed because of the appalling customer service And this policy. I really hope i get a better solution from here. Bag is not with me it's with dior Mumbai.
