I received very unprofessional service from your employees at the location in the Mayfair mall in Wisconsin. The associate, Tiffany was on her cell phone, trying on clothes on for herself. I observed her walking in and out of the fitting room as she selected clothes and wearing/changing them. I didn't know she worked there until I made eye contact with her and she asked if I wanted a fitting room. I said "yes", but when she came back it was for more clothes for herself. I guess she had forgotten. I had a load of clothes and asked twice for a fitting room. When I asked about some running jackets on display she said that was the only ones they had. Later, I found another rack of more jackets. She stated that she didn't know. How can you not know about your own merchandise in plain view? Hi. I have purchased few items from Garage store 71540 in Delma Garden mall Yerevan Armenia. Referred to the store one day to change one item size with the original receipt. The store manager refused to do so asking for another receipt which I have not received from them. Her attitute and behaviour was very rude and aggressive which was very surprising to me being a loyal customer to Garage brand
I have explained to her that I a tourist and returning back home next day and appreciate if she can change. Shocked to see such behaviour and you are loosing a customer which will definitely have negative impact on your brand image having dealers acting this way

At the Garage store in the Providence Place Mall, on Sunday, October 14th, between what I think was 1:30 and 2:00pm, I witnessed the manager of this establishment berating one of her employees for making a mistake behind the counter. This manager used profanity towards her employee in front of an entire line of people waiting; instead of showing her employee the correct thing to do so the line could move along, she bombarded her with belittling comments in front of an entire group of people waiting in line. I left without purchasing what I was waiting for because it had made me too uncomfortable to stand there and witness that. It was so bad that I was not the only person to leave without purchasing their items. Her behavior towards an employee of yours was absolutely disgusting and I am in shock and appalled that a company as big as this could put such a terrible person in that position of power. I would like to speak with a contact immediately regarding this.
