The recording says to press 0 to accept his call, but when I do it plays the whole message over- press 0 to accept. I press o again and it says your call wasn't accepted to try again later. Agency guy name Bharat Khanal call me and ask me deposit £110 unlimited call any country for one year and I agreed pay £110 for one year Date 29 March 2015, but next month date 29 April 2015 took out from my bank £55 without my permission. I just sat up an account earlier, received a call, then when person tried to call for 2nd time it said there were no funds in account. I immediately checked the balance and it said I had $15. 95 in account. I then called your customer service dept asn spoke with Karna, who confirmed that funds were available on account with a balance of $13. 95- Seems to be some type of glitch with the automated service. Karna said she would update my account to show funds available. Very frustrated.

My son is in the Muskingum County Jail in Zanesville Ohio, the jail has Global Tel Link as phone service, this service is terrible, it drops the calls right after you get connected. And the price for the call is 3. 00, families are already struggling with having a loved one in jail, now we lose the calls we do pay. And the reception on the calls when they do go thru is awful, I am hearing impaired, and I struggle to be able to hear my son. Can you look into this problem This company service is terrible.
