I sent back my order do to wrong size. This was the first time I was using Haband. I sent it back on June 29th, 2018 and it is still travelling back to Georgia as of July 7th, 2018. I was told that it would take two to three weeks before it will be processed and that my exchange can take another two to three weeks before I will receive it. It takes over a month for me to receive the correct size. I thought I would be wearing the capris in the summertime. Customer service did not care and then told me they were in the Philippines. Wanted tracking number, but when I tried to track it they was no such number. Totally disgusted. 347-413-1410, 518-827-4707.
