Due to emergency I did my shopping, but with disheartened. I was treated and helped by Sacoor Brothers in a better way than your store by saleslady(Elmira) which valued their brand professionalism. Behavior and attitude of your staff are unacceptable, leading to degrading your brand. It's good to keep beautiful faces enhanced with beautiful mind and professionalism. Hope discrimination is not promoted.

I would to like to complain about Massimo Dutti piece my mother bought from Massimo Dutti city stars branch egypt. The piece is a red wine wool jacket. Its price was 1000 egp. She wore it only two times with no waching or dry cleaning and then it began to show the wool weber over the chest area and looks as if it is an old one. We bought it in the beginning of the season with no sales or offers. Waiting for your reply

CIF A78115201 – time 18:34 – trans 15745 I had a lot of items and one of the items a tennis shoe “DEPORTIVO 1804302180038” the shoe heel separated from the shoe and as to my knowledge your items are all under guarantee and with a time limit if anything happened I have the right to exchange or to have a refund. I went four days to Massimo Dutti egypt mall of Arabia and I like truser, but unfortunately the size was not available 32 and the sales manager said we have in another store (cairo festival city) ten from your size I asked him that mall is very away from me can you support me and asked him transfer that size for me here to get he said I will try I go to him again in second day he said no any one answered me there. ? And I will try again to contact him. Please help me as I'm from your customer.
I had the most terrible experience at Massimo Dutti branch in Qatar (Villagio Mall) on Saturday the 4th of April. Incompetent and rude staff member (called Mohammed) treated me like I'm an idiot and did not deliver a good service just after the full amount of the suit had been paid. I'm not happy with the suit that I got and I do not feel like wearing it after this awful experience. I bought six suits from Massimo Dutti branches around the world in the past three years and I was always happy with the service. I have always recommended the brand to friends and family, but after this experience I regret to say that they have lost a customer.

As for her, before I took the carrier bag and greeted goodbye, she has gone to continue her tidy up job which she was doing it half way before attending to me, her last customer, at the counter. I fully understand that the sales people are exhausted after the busy day, however, being a customer who paid to buy the brands, we do expect a little friendlier treatment from the front liner. Customer service is never a subject prioritise by most of the sales personal in Malaysia. I do hope that we will change and improve the level of the customer service, whether it is to our fellow Malaysian or tourists. A smile on your face will draw the impossible to possible.
I was in the Massimo Dutti boutique in one of the happening shopping malls in the heart of KL Malaysia. Well, I was the last customer to leave, by the time I was at the counter to make payment, it was the closing time of the shop. The sales lady attended to me did not at all return with a friendly smile, from the time I stepped into the shop, until I made the payment. After settling the payment, she just left the packed items (in a nicely wrapped M D carrier bag) on the counter and let me serve myself.

Dear Sirs I have phoned your company several times and sent email confirmations to the store in Barcelona from which I purchased a faulty jacket. The address of the store is: Del Portal De L'Angel 16 08002 Barcelona. The jacket was a in a linen torque colour in a slub linen look or numerous threads were strongly exposed rendering it unwearable. I clearly indicated in my emails it was purchased on 18th August 2014 and was subsequently returned from New Zealand on 28th August 2014 to the above store. I have not received any acknowledgment from that store regarding the receipt of this garment or any response to my emails sent and phone calls to Marcos Villanueva Lasa (who I assume is an employee). On 9th December 2014 I phoned your Customer Service in Barcelona and was assured by the person whom I spoke to that after discussion with his Manager that a refund of the 100 Euros would be forthcoming, but that he would send an email confirming the procedure whereby I can secure these funds.
Dear Sir/Madam,Today I have bought a trouser for a Massimo Dutti shop in Cyprus (pantalon sport velveton articulate 5042/720/401) and I have paid Euro 59. 95. When I came home I have realized that there is a second sticker on the label of the trouser that write lower prize Euro 49. 95. Please advise, whether all your shops in Europe should sell the same price for the same product. Kindly note that the Vat in Cyprus is 19%. Thanks in advance.
