Hi there, I recently purchased a wall clock under order number 2298122504 and paid delivery for one item. Unfortunately I want to return the clock as it really is of poor quality and doesn't have a white face as described. I have had goods from Mayfair before and have been pleased with the quality of the goods, but on this occasion the clock really was substandard. Because of the above reasons I would like to ask for a full refund including the delivery and return costs please as I feel that I have paid out for an item that you shouldn't really be selling as a quality item - it is more market stall than a Wayfair standard product.
