I have been an Airtel customer since a long time. I had lost my number since my mobile was misplaced. I could not file a complaint with you for a pretty long time and i had a balance which was due for the last two months before i lost my phone.
However, one of your representative Mr. Manoj came to my residence for collecting the due amount.
I made a payment and was assured by the gentleman that my number 9005960048 would be held for me and would be revoked at the time when i require the number. He did not give me his contact number and assured me of his call when the number is once informed at his office. No contact was made by him pertaining the problem.
I would be obliged if any resolution is made pertaining the above said problem.
