Dear Vodafone, I have postpaid connection from Vodafone since three years and I applied new Sim for prepaid to my family on Saturday and gave all documents, yesterday i went once again to Vodafone store in HSR layout. They are saying they lost my ID proof documents again they took yesterday. I send all proofs and five times i emailed to store his mail Mahesh. Tm@Vodafone.com, Till now its not activated and again i call to customer care, they are saying the store people didn't submitted the documents till now. This mail is regarding Vodafone new corporate connections which are not being activated for one month. Some time back we approached Vodafone customer centre, Bangalore to get three corporate connections. As personally we are tied with up Vodafone family since 2004, we decided to choose Vodafone connections for our private limited company which was started a year back in Bangalore
As per procedures, we submitted all the required documents for the same and collected the three Vodafone Sim cards from authorized representatives. To activate the connections, we deposited rupees 300 for each connections. ( we were told that if the company is start-up, need to pay this amount). Though we paid this amount immediately, connections are not being activated so far. Now, to activate, they are demanding
Rs 800/connection and saying many reasons not to activate. Currently we are much disappointed and not know the way to move forward.
